About Einas Joseph, MD

Einas Joseph, MD, is a highly trained general surgeon at Oakland General Surgery in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Dr. Joseph is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. She has many years of experience completing abdominal, breast, colon, hernia, gallbladder, and many other surgeries using cutting-edge technology and procedures.

Dr. Joseph earned her medical degree at Al-Mustansiriyah School of Medicine in Baghdad, Iraq, where she discovered her passion for general surgery during her surgical rotation. She continued her education by completing a residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, and training at Tamim General Hospital.

Dr. Joseph’s confidence in her work and decision-making stems from her exceptional education and training. She fosters close doctor-patient relationships to give patients a voice in their care and ease their fears about surgery.

Dr. Joseph maintains her advanced credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in general surgery. She provides open, minimally invasive, and robotic surgical procedures in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
She’s a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), Detroit Surgical Association, and the Oakland County Medical Society.
